CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least **48 hours' notice**. * **48+ hours' notice:** Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment, applied as a credit to your account, or converted into a Lenni Ink gift card for future use. * **Less than 48 hours' notice:** Your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or credited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. * **Same-day cancellations and no-shows:** The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the payment method on file. No refunds or exceptions will be made, regardless of the circumstances. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
